Law Clerk, Litigation
A graduate of triOS College’s Law Clerk Diploma Program, I am a Litigation Law Clerk at MG Law. I’m responsible for requesting medical records, sending productions to the defence side, and reviewing and fulfilling undertakings.
A team-oriented professional also extremely efficient with independent work, I have many other daily responsibilities. These include maintaining and updating undertakings and refusals charts, and reviewing medical records. I use my excellent communication skills to liaise with defence counsel, their law clerks, and third parties. Elsewhere, I handle all client communications, and I draft and serve affidavit of documents and notice letters.
Important steps to take when injured
It’s important to remember that injuries can take some time to present themselves. If you’ve been in a bad accident, it’s important to take these steps regardless of how you feel, as it may take a few days or weeks for the full extent of your injuries to become apparent.
Police reports are a valuable part of any court proceeding, so ensuring that the police have all the information you have available will reflect positively on your case.
