L. Craig Brown
Counsel to MG Law
In London, Ontario, a young Craig Brown watched his father, a seasoned trial lawyer, weave through the intricacies of the law. This childhood fascination inspired him to start a four-decade-long journey as a lawyer, championing the rights of the catastrophically injured.
At MG Law, Craig will serve as counsel to the firm, providing guidance to MG Lawyers in complex and difficult cases.

Craig has been instrumental in securing justice for countless individuals. His notable victories include significant verdicts for victims of traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. His leadership in the Indian Residential Schools case exemplifies his commitment to seeking justice for marginalized communities.
A Heart for Animals and Community
When not in the office, Craig finds joy and relaxation with his two dachshunds, Maddie and Lex, and his horses, Ruby and Gaucho. His love for animals reflects his empathetic nature, which extends to his work and personal life. Craig’s dedication to helping people get back on their feet is not limited to his legal practice.
Year of Call
Craig’s legal career commenced in 1980 when he joined Thomsom Rogers, a leading Ontario personal injury law firm. Craig retired from Thomson Rogers and joined MG Law as Counsel, continuing his exciting journey as an advocate for catastrophically injured people.
Education: A Diverse and Strong Foundation
Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen’s University (1975), a Bachelor of Laws from Queen’s University Faculty of Law (1978), and a Masters of Environmental Studies from York University (1997). His varied academic background informs his holistic approach to legal practice.
