Guanglin Xu

Accident Benefits Administrator

I represent clients by completing multiple forms, such as OCF forms and medical forms, as well as managing all aspects of Accident Benefits claims according to the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule. I assist our clients with filing correspondence letters and notices, as well as reviewing insurance examination reports and medical records.

At MG Law, we provide effective services to clients by helping each other out. I’m always on my toes when it comes to monitoring the progress of cases and alerting partners if there are any issues that require some attention. Additionally, I schedule appointments, examinations, medical appointments and general calendar maintenance to ensure that all claims and disputes are dealt with within the limitation period.

It’s also part of my job to maintain contact with providers, adjusters, and opposing counsel, and contribute information to the team case review and completion of special projects, as well as providing secretarial support.

Important steps to take when injured

It’s important to remember that injuries can take some time to present themselves. If you’ve been in a bad accident, it’s important to take these steps regardless of how you feel, as it may take a few days or weeks for the full extent of your injuries to become apparent.

1.
Call the police and report your accident

Police reports are a valuable part of any court proceeding, so ensuring that the police have all the information you have available will reflect positively on your case.
