If you’ve been injured, you’re entitled to Statutory Accident Benefits (SABS Ontario).

Getting in a car accident is never in anyone’s plans. However, if you find yourself recovering from a car accident, pedestrian accident, motorcycle accident, or bus accident, it’s important that you understand what benefits you’re entitled. That includes Statutory Accident Benefits in Ontario (SABS Ontario). These benefits have been put in place by the Government of Ontario to help anyone who has been injured in a car accident, including the driver, passenger and any pedestrians involved. Since Ontario is a ‘no-fault’ insurance system, these Statutory Accident Benefits are available to everyone involved, regardless of who caused the accident.

Even though these benefits are available to everyone involved, properly filing for them and getting approval can be tricky. That’s why MG Law has a team of experienced lawyers on hand who can help you with accident benefits claims. There are multiple accident benefits available to you and claiming damages to property are filed separately than damages to person.
